HOSTARIA – 10° festival del vino di Verona: venerdì 11, sabato 12 e domenica 13 ottobre
Hostaria si svolge nelle vie del centro di Verona. L’esperienza è veramente originale: partecipando al Festival si entra in un’unica grande “hostaria” che si snoda per circa 3 chilometri di percorso, tra piazze, vie e ponti di straordinaria bellezza, con le cantine veronesi che propongono degustazioni di vini di pregio provenienti dalle zone di produzione del Valpolicella, del Bardolino, del Lugana, del Soave e del Durello, con in più alcune cantine ospiti extra-veronesi, per una proposta totale di oltre 150 vini. Grazie alla maggiore consapevolezza dei consumatori, al crescente interesse per l’economia circolare e alla grande attenzione mediatica ad essa riservata, acquistare di seconda mano non è mai stato così di moda. A Bardolino potrai dare sfogo alla tua passione vintage: troverai tanti espositori provenienti da tutta Italia, con un’esposizione accuratamente ricercata e selezionata di pezzi unici e originali. MERCATINO DELLE COSE ANTICHE, Valeggio sul Mincio: domenica 27 ottobre
Ogni quarta domenica del mese, il mercatino ospita più di 100 espositori di oggettistica, mobili, stampe, tappeti, monete dello Stato Pontificio, volumi del ‘500, macinacaffè in bachelite, porcellane preziose ed altri oggetti di pregiata fattura.
Nei giorni della manifestazione anche i negozi del centro sono aperti.

Hostaria takes place in the streets of the center of Verona. The experience is truly original: by participating in the Festival you enter a single large “hostaria” that winds for about 3 kilometers along the itinerary, between squares, streets, and bridges of extraordinary beauty, with the Veronese wineries offering wine tastings of prestige from the production areas of Valpolicella, Bardolino, Lugana, Soave and Durello, plus some extra-Veronese guest cellars, for a total offer of over 150 wines. In Bardolino, in the evocative location of the Villa Carrara park and the Francesco Lenotti and Cornicello lakeside promenades, you can relive bygone eras thanks to the great Vintage, Remake and Handicrafts market exhibition! Vintage never goes out of fashion. A vintage dress or accessory is distinguished by the value it has gradually acquired with the passage of time. Thanks to increased consumer awareness, a growing interest in the circular economy and the great media attention paid to it, buying second-hand has never been so fashionable. In Bardolino you will find many exhibitors from all over Italy, with a carefully researched and selected display of unique and original pieces.
There will also be a large area dedicated to truck food, for all tastes, with gourmet specialities prepared by chefs on four wheels for some excellent street food!
MARKET OF ANCIENT THING, Valeggio Sul Mincio, Sunday 27 October
Every fourth Sunday of the month, the market hosts more than 100 exhibitors of objects, furniture, prints, carpets, coins of the Papal State, volumes of the ‘500, bakelite coffee grinders, precious porcelain, and other objects of fine workmanship.
During the days of the event, the shops in the center are also open.
